Jim, Rob and Roy rehearse around the corner from Newkirk Plaza. “The Plaza” serves up a variety of ethnic foods and beverages with a similar improvisational attitude as this new trio. It too, is a kind of jazzy place. This group was stunted by the pandemic. The trio had developed much material for a performance in March 2020 that was of course canceled. Now 3+ years later, Roy, Jim and Rob will finally unleash this new band.
