Co-led by long-time collaborators, saxophonist Noah Preminger and drummer Rob Garcia, Dead Composers Club is a band that takes on projects, recording and performing music by some of the great composers in history. Their first album called “Chopin Project” is a collection of piano pieces by Frederick Chopin uniquely adapted to this jazz quartet. Their current project takes on the music of the 12th century German Benedictine abbess, composer, philosopher, mystic, visionary and medical writer Hildegard von Bingen.
