Gordon Beeferman is a composer, pianist, and improviser based in New York City.
Marlon Cherry is a multi-instrumentalist / composer who has worked with a variety of artists including Stew & The Negro Problem and the Stew side project, Baba Bibi, Eszter Balint, The Roches, including being part of the trio, Afro-Jersey, with Terre Roche, Church Of Betty, Syd Straw, Lusterlit, Marl Lesseraux, and The Secret City Band. He has also performed and composed for film, theater, and dance and is a staff accompanist for the Barnard College Dance Department. His solo releases, Elsewhere and Ancient Sound, Modern Dance are available in iTunes, Spotify, CD Baby and other online sites and Life After Theatre and Pete are available on Bandcamp as a single cd reissue.
Sulynn Hago is is a Brooklyn-based guitarist, composer, and instructor in rock, metal, classical, and improvisational music. In 2015 Hago was picked among 400 applicants as touring guitarist of Canadian band Propagandhi in which they still perform. Currently they are finishing an EP with jazz/punk exotica project Vengeful Spirits and writing an album of original compositions and lyrics
Miguel Frasconi plays glass, modular electronics, and piano. He was a founding member of The Glass Orchestra, Toronto’s all glass ensemble; Möbius Operandi, San Francisco’s sound sculpture band; and was a member of Ne(x)tworks, one of NYC’s premier new music ensembles. He recently composed a short opera for Experiments in Opera’s 10th year, premiering online in 2022.
Viv Corringham is a US based British vocalist, composer and sound artist who for the past 40 years has been cutting her own distinctive path ranging across free improvisation, Greek Rembetika, Turkish folk and other styles of music, often combined with environmental field recordings made during walks. Work includes concerts, soundwalks and installations. She holds an MA in Sonic Art from Middlesex University, London and awards include two McKnight Composer Fellowships through the American Composers Forum. She studied and performed with Pauline Oliveros and is certified to teach Deep Listening. Her work has received international recognition and been presented in venues in 26 countries, including Fonoteca Nacional de Mexico, Issue Project Room New York, Hong Kong Arts Centre, Onassis Centre Athens, Institute of Contemporary Art London, Serralves Contemporary Art Museum Portugal and Tempo Reale Festival Florence. Articles about her work appear in many publications.
A native Philadelphian, Kevin Bud Jones has lived and worked in NYC since 1975. While
working as an electrician (gaffer) in the film industry, he also designed lights for music, dance,
and theater. During his subsequent 30 plus year career as a cinematographer, Kevin performed as
a musician on the downtown scene. With the band Dog Eat Dog he shared bills with Sonic
Youth, Swans, Mofungo, and DNA. He has been performing lately with Chris Cochrane as a
member of Collapsible Shoulder, and works as music director for Antonio Ramos and the Gang
Bangers dance company.
