Tom Swafford will perform a short solo set featuring a new piece he has written in memory of his composition professor at U.C. Berkeley, Olly Wilson, who passed away in March, 2018. He will be performing the piece the following week at U.C. Berkeley in a symposium in Wilson's honor. 

Swafford and Zach Swanson will then perform together. Tom and Zach have played together for 5 years, initially in a Bluegrass band. For the past year, they have been exploring free improvisation in a duo setting. 

Leonor Falcon (violin/viola) and Sana Nagano (violin, electronics) will perform duo compositions. They recently recorded an album of their pieces which will be released soon. 

Finally, all four players will join together for some quartet improvisations.
