Rentals and Membership

Ibeam provides musicians with a comfortable environment for rehearsals, recitals, performances and workshops.

Occasional Rentals:

• $25 per hour with a 2 hour minimum (daytime) and 3 hour minimum (after 7 pm)
• Student Recitals and Workshops are billed at a flat rate of $75.
• Rentals are subject to availability.
• Please contact us for availability.

Flexible Member Program:

• $75 monthly fee.
• Access to 4 slots each month (2 hours in length each)
• Access to the online scheduling program which allows you to reserve and unreserve spots as you need them.
• May produce up to four concerts per year at a member discounted rate.
• The minimum rental contract is six months.  (payment is due once per month)
