Rentals and Membership

Ibeam provides musicians with a comfortable environment for rehearsals, recitals, performances and workshops.

Occasional Rentals:

• $20 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
• Use of the piano is an additional $10 per session.
• For two consecutive bookings the piano fee is waived.
• Rentals are subject to availability.  Please contact us for availability.

Flexible Member Program:

• $75 monthly fee.
• Access to 4 slots each month (2 hours in length each)
• Access to the online calendar which allows you to reserve and unreserve spots as you need them.
• May produce up to four concerts per year for free and then receive the member discounted rate thereafter.
• The minimum rental period is six months.  The Maximum is one year.

Fixed Program:

• All the benefits of the Flexible Member Program
• $100 per month for 4 slots monthly.  (1 Slot per week)
• Slots are not flexible
